Let's meet Sara our teacher!

After graduating from Verde Valley School Sara went on to attend Sofia university in Tokyo Japan. While there she taught English at Japan Railway to bullet train executives and free yoga at the Indian embassy.

It wasn’t until after she became a mother that she discovered Zumba in her home town of Cottonwood AZ.  She was thrilled to be part the presentation dance crew for the African workout sessions at the international Zumba convention for 4 years.

Sara is a  natural educator and ferociously fun. She continues to offer Yoga and Zumba for the local community. In addition, Sara is a personal trainer, also teaching tribal hip hop and multidimensional grounding awareness workshops.

She is a master of sacred geometry and joyful self expression, an ideal guide to wiggle and groove to world rhythms!
