K.E.E.P. In-Person
A FREE 45-minute introductory class to the Kids Empowerment Enrichment Program (K.E.E.P.). Get moving in a safe, holistic environment with dynamic movements to loosen up, fun team building games, and basic self-defense skills to feel empowered. Open to families with kids ages 6 and up; parent participation is suggested for younger kids. Space is limited, so please register.
