In this relaxing meditative class you will get an introduction to Chinese shadow boxing Tai Chi (TAI CHEE) taught by Sedona resident Dr. Mike Yuen who has practiced Tai Chi for 50 years. 
    Retired from a 25-year clinical and consulting practice, he is founder of a new leading edge field “Self-Awareness Based Stress Relief” that complements mindfulness work. Please dress in comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear.
